2.1 Lesson Requirements
- Students must be at least 18 years old
- Students must possess a valid learner's permit or provisional license
- Students must be physically and mentally fit to operate a vehicle
2.2 Lesson Duration and Scheduling
- Standard practical sessions within a course are 1 hour each unless stated otherwise
- Sessions must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance
- We may reschedule sessions for weather or safety reasons at no cost to the student
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Payment Methods
We accept cash, mobile money (M-Pesa), and bank transfers. Payment is due before or at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.
Fees are charged per course (package), not per individual lesson. Payment for the selected course is due in full before the first session unless an approved installment plan is in place.
3.2 Refund Policy
- Refunds apply to course fees. If you cancel a booked session within an active course, the session may be rescheduled per the scheduling rules in Section 2.2 but does not trigger a per-lesson refund
- Course cancellation 24+ hours before your first scheduled session: Full refund of course fees
- Course cancellation 2–24 hours before your first scheduled session: 50 percent refund of course fees
- Course cancellation less than 2 hours before your first scheduled session or failure to attend the first scheduled session (no-show): No refund
- Once training has started (after the first session begins), no refunds are available for any reason
3.3 Installments and Transfers
- If you are on an approved installment plan, missed installment deadlines may pause training until payment is regularized.
- Course transfers (e.g., switching to a different course type) are allowed before the first session, subject to seat availability; fees are reconciled against the new course price.
