Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of your personal data held by Steady Driving School, including WhatsApp conversation records associated with your account, subject to legal and operational retention obligations.

How to Submit a Request

  1. Send an email to hello@steady.co.ke with subject Data Deletion Request.
  2. Include the phone number and full name you used with Steady.
  3. If your request relates to WhatsApp, include the WhatsApp number and approximate dates of communication.

Identity Verification

Before deleting data, we may ask for reasonable verification to protect your account from unauthorized deletion requests.

Response Timeline

We aim to acknowledge requests within 3 business days and complete valid deletion requests within 30 days.

What May Be Retained

We may retain limited records where required by law, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or other legitimate obligations.
